Breaded and fried chicken
Mac and cheese from scratch - cheddar, fontina and swiss
Cole slaw from TJ Hero (too lazy to make my own) And ran out of time.


She likes the breast. I like the parts.

I am so so full!!!

Wife and I had a bagel.

Son wanted corn beef hash, extra shredded potatoes with a drippy egg on top. For main course, turkey bacon, sausage, egg, cheese on an egg bagel. Growing boy!

Extra shopping with Jr. and daughter home. Remember the steak from a page or two ago? He demolished that earlier in the week!

Pasta and meatballs tonight. Sausage too. Pasta was "fresh" and could barely read the package. Turned out excellent!

Tomato, cucumber, pearl mozz with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
