I don’t think it’s a good idea either, unless your doctor told you to. Prioritize protein to prevent muscle loss, the organ of longevity. .8-1.2 grams a day per pound of body weight is the recommendation. Stay away from sugar, wreaks havoc on your brain and body, just my 2 cents.
I'm just rarely hungry. Have a 1/2 way decent breakfast & don't feel hungry the rest of the day
 
Went to the body shop to retrieve all my belongings from my pickup.
Unfortunately for the body shop. They did the repairs before checking the frame. This beautiful truck is now totaled ?
