I'm just rarely hungry. Have a 1/2 way decent breakfast & don't feel hungry the rest of the dayI don’t think it’s a good idea either, unless your doctor told you to. Prioritize protein to prevent muscle loss, the organ of longevity. .8-1.2 grams a day per pound of body weight is the recommendation. Stay away from sugar, wreaks havoc on your brain and body, just my 2 cents.
