They are loud!!! One of the reasons, besides beauty, that folks would keep them, as "guard birds".

Haven't seen a deer in my yard in months and now I've seen them in groups of 2 and 3 daily for 4 days. Got to run out and spray the smaller trees with repellent lest they ravage them...
