My new favorite way to have fluke
We used the white “belly” fillets
Broccolini and cheesy Orzo with crusty bread for dipping into the francese sauce
I take no credit except for catching the fish and slicing the bread

Bass shoulders split in half and rolled in flour spiked up with Old Bay sauteed in toasted sesame oil.
Beef liver and onions with air fryer potatoes.

Grilled chicken patties for my version of chicken salad Sammy

My friend decided to treat me with her culinary talents.

Baby Spinach Salad with Oil & Balsamic Vinegar and other stuff.

Pasta with a sauce made with ‘cooked down’ fresh cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper, mozzarella pearls, a couple spoons of Rao’s Sundried Tomato Pesto and a lot of other stuff. I was relegated to opening and pouring the wine and cleanup detail. All was delicious.
