Unfortunately you live in a state where criminals are given the benefit of the doubt especially if they're repeat offenders.

I understand your frustration but no one has any rights to eat Sea Bass. It’s a privilege.

The fact that you had to go to the back and get bait is reason enough not to fish on that boat!

If they were filleting undersized Bass then shame on them!

I dont use bait i use sabitiki and diamond jigs. I was getting the bait for my father. Every time I went back there to get bait use the men's room or have my fish cleaned they were felieting undersized fish and throwing the carcass in the water
