We bought an island for our small kitchen from Wayfair,all solid wood ceramic tile top and plenty of storage,very happy with it ..

you should just haul it back down here & work on it in one of those nice heated garages you've got

Everything is set up here already or I would ..... I am looking forward to "spreading out" in the garages when we finally get down there.

My guys get a very generous tip at Christmas ...... they take anything I put out.
