Got a 2000A Noco one from Amazon, for $80, never had to use it but it claims to start up to a 10L gas, & 8L diesel. Have one in my pick up & one in the boat.

I guess what iMeant was:

you said they claim to be able to start something up to a certain size so unless you intentionally put a dead battery into something there’s no way to test it until you need it and see if it’s really strong enough

Their is a light on the unit to let you know it's charged, weather it will actually start the engine or not, I guess you won't know till you need it unless you run the battery down one day in the driveway on purpose & give it a try.

That's my case too. My kids know to check my head to see if the food is too spicy for them... "Wow Dad, your hair looks like you just washed it. Food a little spicy?"

Thinking you're SOOL there Mike if that one burner on the left had a hole in it like it appears in the photo. I had to replace all three on my Weber last spring. Like you said, the symptom was poor flame consistency...

No hole, that’s the fitting for the ignition. Wire brushed all the burners and they lite perfect??
But after trying to get the BBQ up to temp I smelled propane?
I found the hose from the tank to the BBQ was partially kinked and a little melted?
Lucky I didn’t get blow up. New hose installed ??
