Why do you think Medical Professionals Wear Masks?? So they don't breathe in airborne droplets of sputum containing the virus!!!

In medical terms you used 2 different levels of precautions. Droplet precautions are just for that. Droplets, where tiny droplets cant travel around a corner or down a hallway and turn into a room. They are basically straight lines and minus a wind or other mechanism of locomotion they will drop to the floor or on any other surface.

Airborne is just that. It will fill a room, move to the next room travel upstairs etc...

I was sick near end of February with something like I never experienced before. Didn’t have a fever or shortness of breath. I did have fatigue, soreness of muscles and coughing which was far from a dry cough. Also something I’ve never had before was the pink eye type symptom in my right eye which after a few days moved to my left eye both with terrible discharge of stuff...one morning I was unable to open them without running hot water in the shower over them.
Dr. did that test of the nasal passages to my tonsils like they’re doing for the virus. He was checking for flu.Negative. Did the Z-PAC too and was better by my next visit a week later for my physical March 4.Anyways JPD... I was wondering the same thing...thanks for the post.

Very True, but in infectious biological terms airborne usually means droplet protection. To the average person, airborne, whether or not it's droplet or not droplet, is the same and that was my point because they may drop their guard regarding COVID.

There are very few, if any "truly airborne" native biohazards out there, I can't think of one besides spore forming bacteria that are dried before released.. Even bioweapons are usually aerosolized with water. In the natural state, no infectious organism is released from a human without association to water by virtue of the fact that anything coming out of the body, being secreted, excreted, urinated or defecated, is water or oil, mucus, wax associated, making it "droplet" airborne.

Now things like nerve gas, mustard gas, a wicked fart, etc. can be dehydrated and are truly airborne, but then again, no N95 mask is going to take care of 99% that.

I hear more and more that eventually everybody is going catch this virus? Reading and watching your posts and videos seems to confirm this. Am I wrong to believe that no matter what precautions I take next to being The Boy In The Plastic Bubble... that it’s true?

I just checked MarineTraffic.com and USNS Comfort has just passed under the Verrazano Bridge. All those marks around her are USCG, NYPD, FDNY boats along with about 5 McAllister tug boats. She has no bow or stern thrusters and is a pig to dock. I think she will tie up one pier north of the Intrepid at the cruise ship terminal on the west side.
Comfort arrives in NY 3 30 2020.webp

I didn't have shortness of breath either, I think when that happens its made its way past the windpipe and into the lungs. That's when the ventilators come in.

I went to my ENT doc on January 15th with scratchy throat, dry cough and general fatigue but no fever He put me on Z-Pac and it took quite a while to get rid of the cough. Diagnosis was viral infection of the windpipe, I'm fine now.

Is It Possible That You Had The Coronavirus Earlier This Year?

I had something that was extremely flu like back in late January. That’s what I was thinking. Same treatment from the doc.

My Dear Friend, try hard... I have a friend who smoked those supposed to be naturals, “ yeah he says these are naturals it’s not like those commercial cig”, well at 49, this week he is being treated for throat cancer... cellie...

here’s today’s text from my friend who was supposed to start treatment this week for his throat cancer... cellie...

.
I may not be able to receive the treatment I need because of Corona. They're denying cancer treatment, heart surgery, brain surgery all over the place. It's not good. We'll see what happens...

Trying to stretch, work out, eat right and stay strong, but none of that will matter if I get denied treatment. We'll see. This is a fucked time in history. Hard to beleive it's real....

The parking lots at Lowes and shoprite have plastic gloves strewn all over. Bad enough the retail clerks have to work without picking up after the inconsiderate slobs.

I believe shingles are airborne precautions, N95 mask and negative pressure room mandatory when near the patient.
