I hate the false hope of thinking it’s the weekend but it’s just really just one day lol. Which is then followed by another day of work.

Spraying for carpenter bees, got them under the siding of the house, same spot as last year. Last year took the siding trim off, got rid of the bees, plugged the holes, now they are back in the same spot.

just finished doing battle with them last week..................................

There were 4 of them making tunnels/nests in my portico that is over my back porch. After spraying - a lot - washed out the tunnels to make sure I got everything in there (bee eggs or whatever they are) - then used wood putty/filler to seal 'em up.

Bought one of these because I have lots of these carpenters buzzing all around the place. We'll see how well it works.

Found this DIY trap on you tube, out of a scrap 2 X 4 & a water bottle. Easy to make & so far accounted for 2 .
