I will keep my eyes open. A wise man once told me all boats are for sale just make an offer. The way the market is a lot of boats do not get listed and theones that do have benn passed over a bunch of times. I will let you know if i see anything in that range.

Coming home Saturday three guys surf casting in the east cut 2 were hooked up one had a bluefish on the beach.

Thinking of doing the same I am in touch with some Dragger’s that fish the area they say may June is the best.

We caught a bunch of big flounder south of montauk this spring cod fishing in 145 feet of water I believe they stay offshore and do not come inshore for a number of reasons

I’ve been out of the sound for a couple years I just came back for the fall but I have to ask how where the sand eels. The years that we had tremendous fluke fishing you could walk on the sandeels

Cod and blackfish will be In close. Sea bass you would have to be in 180’ plus feet of water

We saw all the bunker on the way in today. We fished a couple wrecks in the mid sound it was lights out 5 man limit with an easy 40-50 keepers caught. Unfortunately it’s my last trip as the next 2 weekends I have things to do.

We caught them really good mid sound today. Kept a 5 man limit plus a dozen keeper sea bass. 2 nice ones around 8 pounds

We fished yesterday it was tough had around 20 shorts 1keeper and 10 keeper c bass Ended up jigging small bass and blues in the middle

Very nice it was real good there this weekend
