Looks like the above Eagle was waiting for his turn at today's Eagle Thanksgiving. They were making a racket today and I found a couple of adults working on a seal carcass. One of the pair flew off before I could get this photo...

Well the eagles made it an authentic 3-Day Thanksgiving Feast on that seal. They pretty much finished it off early today, followed up by a gull and a couple of crows trying for some last scraps...

There was a dead fox on the side of the Cross-Island Parkway near the Northern State yesterday.

Sorry, no way in Hades I was getting pictures in that traffic.

Crazy number of dead deer and coyotes on 84 in PA too.
