I thought it may have been a 67’ which if it was the 425 was actually a poor choice for power.

In 67’ there were 20 manufactured with the 427 L88 motor. I think there are 16 still around. Those cars today are considered the Holy Grail of Corvettes, and probably all muscle cars, and can command 7 figure dollars.

Not original with a 350 GM introduced that motor in 67’.

Great motor, I had one in my 65’ El Camino.
