And the second wave of state shutdowns could be more damaging than the first.

I don’t think it’s actually going to happen that way

but your not going to change human nature

you may try and bury your head in the sand and chose not to see what’s going on ( ppl are done hiding from it)
But your not going to stop that

got away with it in the winter

not going to fly in the summer

It’s really that simple

Tony. I dont think you really get it. We say wearing masks will do a lot to reduce the transmission. Yet people refuse to do it because they think it is infringing on their rights. They say social distancing works yet there are places that open bars and other places where that is impossible. So the next step is to say well we close up because people are stupid and cant follow simple directions.

I really dont think ANYONE wants to close everything down. But if simple instructions cant be followed what is the alternative?

I rarely ever agree with DX, but he hit the nail on the head with his post.

I agree with you that people have the right to chose if they want to wear a mask or not, for whatever reason or beliefs that they have. But they need to realize that this whole situation is bigger than just themselves and their rights. If you chose not to wear a mask and/or social distance you are being extremely selfish.

Again common sense & logic.

For arguments sake let’s say you are asymptomatic and are against wearing a mask. How many people is that one person going to infect before they realize they have the virus?

And in conclusion it’s a mask, not a scuba diving apparatus. Hell use a bandanna if you want.

About 60 percent of the population doesn’t agree with you

from what I see in stores and all around and I’m out and about every day and have been since day one
Ppl may say they do xyz

but it’s 60/40 I’m the no masks favor

even in stores where ppl might have one on
Even employees they are almost always under their noses
Or off there faces
 
Let’s face the facts certain people just aren’t going to comply. I believe overall that the majority will. I’m not sure where you’re getting your stats from but I tend to think you are way off. Again just my opinion.
 
I work in a store that employs over 200 persons... use to 300. If any employee is caught wearing masks under their nose they get warned not too, 2nd time... note to file, 3rd time... shown the door. We ask customers to distance n wear mask properly if not doing so. If they don’t comply, they are asked to leave. I want to fish forever!?
