Isnt it freedom for a Pvt, company to require mandates ? and if you choose not to comply you dont work for them ? I worked for a company that had appearance mandates ..of you didnt comply you didnt work...

its a mandate if you work for the Govt, or sub contract for them to pass a drug test ..if you really want to look you can find many

Laws go through the legislative process

I’n this country we have laws not never ending mandates
