Causation is a tricky subject. I guess in some sense, no one dies from heart disease. They die WITH heart disease from a lack of oxygen to the brain. No one dies from cancer, they die with cancer from a lack of oxygen to the brain.
Moreover, a strong argument can be made that heart and cancer care are all a scam to support the multi-billion dollar pharma industry and that only sheep make the leap of faith of taking heart meds, insulin or chemo. Who really know's what's in them anyway.
On the other hand, you can't catch clogged arteries, high blood sugar or cancer from the guy standing next to you on line. so for the sake of protecting the rest of society, at the risk of foregoing a bare minimum of freedom, maybe getting vaxed and reducing the size and velocity of the droplets you breathe out are a leap of faith worth taking.
