I have not "hid" at all during the last two years. If I need something I go out & get it. I've been frequenting resturaunts every Friday night during the whole thing from the point they allowed them to reopen. I've spent a week of vacation in the Outer Banks with a house filled with family (20 of us).

Do I take some comon sense precautions? Of course. It is of little or no inconvenience to me to do so. Like pequa I too am at 70.

I've chosen to get vaxxed & boosted as has everyone in my family & all of my friends. None. I repeat - none have come down with it. Whether you choose to believe that or not - I really don't give a shit.

And I trust when you stated above "the sooner we all put wader and those that think like him in a box the better off we will all be" that you weren't wishing me or anyone else harm. For that would be a very big breach of TOS.

Had the Covid twice, never took a Covid test but I keep testing positive for the antibodies on my routine bloodwork. Wonder what dr slouchie would say? Wader = definition of sheeple
 
To be completely honest I believed the hype in the beginning and when people at work started catching it and getting pretty sick I started to worry. I had all kinds of over the counter remedies at home and a blood oxygen meter. Of the four of us that caught it three went to the hospital and got that therapy they were offering in the beginning, forgot the name. I just stayed home and treated my symptoms and monitored my o2. I got pretty sick with like a flu for maybe 3-4 days the most and never felt really sick or tired. Lost my taste and smell which still sucks now. Then when I caught the Omni I didn’t alter my life for one second. It was a sniffle and I wouldn’t of known I had it until I realized my smell was completely gone again. I see my doctor twice a year so I keep telling them to check for antibodies and I have tested positive for over a year.
 
Appreciate that boss. I know it’s different for everyone so that makes it a little tricky when you do catch it. At my job we have about 4000 residential accounts and I’m aware of at least a dozen customers passing from it. Also one guy I work with just went to his father in laws funeral this weekend, Covid and my sisters father in law is in hospital right now and not looking good, flurona. That the one that makes the omi so bad when you mix it with a little flu.
 
My boss had it knocked him for a loop Frank cought it from him at work he felt like he had a small cold

Another real world story, guy at work 30ish, him and his wife been trying for a kid for a while. She gets pregnant and he catches covid a week before delivery. Wife tests negative and with the quarantine he can’t go near the hospital till 3 days after baby is born. Boy was he bummed, first kid hard conceiving and can’t witness birth. Day before delivery wife tests positive and he’s allowed in the hospital in covid ward, where baby was delivered in full hazmat suits. Lol!!
 
My son's girlfriend just came down with it, very mild (so far.) Both of them fully Moderna vaxxed but not boosted. Guess my son will get it too. they and my wife, SIL and nephew are all supposed to go to disneywrld on the 2nd.
