I’ve been watching this series from the ’git go’ but unfortunately IMHO it’s passed it’s prime. They have run out of ’ new material’; it’s the ‘same old same old’. Sadly I’m out.

I am drawn to it as well. I am in aw of the conditions they work under, on the cold stormy nights. Doing the same tasks over & over with no sleep it becomes easy to have a lax & make a mistake, but for the most part under those conditions they can't make a mistake. I guess that's one reason the legs are about $28 a pound average.
