Seems like every time I try to do the environmentally responsible thing I end up dealing with the authorities.

Fortunately this time I got it under control before somebody dialed 911. In the future I'll just stick my carbon footprint up it's @$$ and just burn the $#it off with propane.

I clean the catch pan and tray often to avoid that, especially after big cooks

I get it now. Serious cleaning coming before the next meal. I've been neglecting some maintenance just because we don't really do big cooks. It's usually a couple o' burgers and corn or a steak.

Now I'm going to Shop-Vac the marbles out of the bottom and change the tinfoil grease tray more than once.
