Hurricane Awareness

This is a very tough forecast with the system heading towards the Bahamas. It is fighting dry air once again. Also a cold front is going to stall and the system is going to slow down. Have to see the timing of the tropical wave and the cold front. What concerns me if this makes landfall going to have the moisture from the stalled out front and the low associated with it and the moisture from the tropical wave and we could be looking at alot of rain. Or simply it could go ouf to sea and we get swells.

Starting at 2pm i will update every 3 hours if conditions warrant. Looking at a possible 2 day event this Monday and Tuesday. Still plenty of time to look at it. Nothing set in stone. Will update in an hour and a half.

Right now the U.S. mainland is not predicted to be impacted by anything more than heavy surf.
