Fished the lake from 7-12:30 and the river from 1 to 2:30
Landed one nice pike and a bunch of little yellow perch. Pike was on a tip up with a minnow, all perch on waxworms. Temps started at 6 degrees and we finished at 28 degrees. Dressed appropriately nobody was cold. It was a real fun day interrupted by a few fish ?
Can’t wait to try again in the warmer months.

You should have imitated one of our colleagues with your technique. Your daughter's perch would look like dinner for two!!

When you get out here in the summer, we'll have to get you out fishing in the Gulf...
