An AR-15 is not a full-auto weapon. This is the kind of misconception that the ban-crowd happy to spread and promotes more fear to accomplish their agenda. It's shameful.

An example of the need to own an AR is any riot such as L.A. after the Rodney King verdict, Ferguson or any other situation where you need to protect your life or property from a mob.

It makes it illegal to own certain guns with certain features. None of which has anything to do with it's functionality. If you owned one before the law and you don't comply with all of it's ridiculous rules out of fear or ignorance it makes you a criminal when you were perfectly fine before. For no other reason than a bunch of arbitrary B.S. which is not how laws are supposed to be written. What's so hard to understand about that?

So when they made the speed limit to 55. Everyone that used to drive over that were now illegal. I dont hear them screaming. It also saved lives. When they made it mandatory to wear seatbelts there were people who refused to wear them. Before marijuana was illegal people did it. Now those that do it are criminals when they were not before. I can keep going on and on. What is so hard to understand about there being no real reason to own one other than bragging to friends or taking to the range?

In some states at gun shows all you really need is a driver's license. But no self checkout though.
