Pizza time everything pizza

Some leftover from earlier.

if you use fresh - you need to limit how much you use - can't cover the whole pie in it - a chunk here - a chunk there
i use alot,,,here and there,,, its ok,,,,,,,,,,,i cover alot of pie with it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

Gee and here I was thinking he meant having the slices cheese drained who knew you could drain the water off a slice of pizza
when he said slices - I took as slices of pie the way some people drain off oil from pepperoni - the moisture comes out of the cheese during cooking not before so "draining" the cheese won't work

Looked around a bit & found this - Cell may have been on to something - although it doesn't absorb all of the moisture - never heard of doing this. I've just been limiting how much I put on the pie - like the below picture (also from the article)
