we're so used to hearing them over the decades that they just seem to fade into the whole song - but when you hear them isolated like this - it really makes you appreciate the guitar wizardry that was going on form all three of them (John/Paul/George)..........
Not all solos belonged to Harrison. Sometimes Lennon &/or McCartney took the lead part. In the Carry That Weight/THe End Reprise it was all three of them taking a turn. You'll see that later on.
On And Your Bird Can Sing it was Lennon & Harrison taking the lead guitar parts.
Get Back was all Lennon.
Funny part is there so well known - you don't need the rest of the tune to know what song it's coming from.
No. They don't "shred". They compliment the song they are accompanying.
Great piece of music. But if RamJam hadn't brought it into the mainstream nobody would know farkall about it.
And before certain Commies call me a racist I would point out that nobody would know this song by an old white guy if some blues player hadn't made it popular.
