Ketanji Brown Jackson slapped with ethics complaint over husband's income

A conservative group is asking the Judicial Conference to refer Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson to the DOJ after revelations of "willful" disclosure requirements violations.

The Center for Renewing America, a think tank led by former senior Trump White House official Russ Vought, sent a letter to the Judicial Conference with allegations that Jackson "willfully failed to disclose" required information about her husband’s malpractice consulting income for more than a decade.

The letter suggests that the Judicial Conference should refer Jackson’s possible ethics violations to Attorney General Merrick Garland for investigation and possible civil enforcement. (Nope - two tiered justice system)

It’s unclear who paid for the event. EIGA requires that any gift "received over $415" be disclosed. EIGA defines "gift" as "a payment, advance, forbearance, rendering, or deposit of money, or [anything] of value."

Jackson’s disclosure for that year includes flowers from Oprah Winfrey with a $1,200 price tag and a designer jacket from her Vogue photo shoot that cost $6,580.

I heard some state thinks it can decide for all Americans who can and cant run for the office of The United States of America.

How Ridiculous, why would an entire nation let 4 people make that decision.
If they did then we would certainly have become a totalitarian society and country under the rule of dictators.

Not for all of us, for all of their state. On the scale of options for their laws, in their State.

Only the Federal Supreme Court makes decisions for all of us.
That’s why this will be corrected and explained to the people with Trump derangement.

I could give two shits if he Wins or not but I do give a shit if he is railroaded by some whacked out power people who they themselves with less than a majority of opinion decide he cannot.

He is hated since he is not one of the blue bloods and a son of a construction worker ( from Ny) .

How do people not understand this.
