But lost the plot half way through..............

Only Stephen King Book to Movie adaption I've not read. So I can't compare it to the book for accuracy.

I don’t know if I will watch it. The Shinning is one of my favorite movies ever.

Excellent Story (captivating)
Excellent acting especially Charlize Theron as Megyn Kelly. Half the time I thought I was watching Megyn Kelly as herself.

Being a "piker" in every sense of the word I will wait for it to come to Showtime or HBO or Starz. Its definitely my kind of move. I watched "Beirut" on Starz last night. John Hamm, Rosemund Pike, Dean Norris. The years just before our Marines were murdered in the barracks. Reminded me somewhat of Homeland on Showtime.

Pretty much the whole movie. Before they built every set the actors walked the area reciting their lines so that everything was in sync. Then they built everything - quite the achievement.
