Last Full Measure
(y)(y)

Great Cast.
Engaging Story.
Very Emotional throughout especially the ending.
Recommend...............

The true story of Vietnam War hero William H. Pitsenbarger, a USAF Pararescue medic who saved over sixty men in the U.S. Army's 1st Infantry Division before making the ultimate sacrifice in one of the bloodiest battles of the war. Thirty-two years later, Pentagon staffer Scott Huffman investigates a decades-long Congressional Medal of Honor request for Pitsenbarger and uncovers a high-level conspiracy prompting him to put his career on the line to seek justice for the fallen airman.

The Last Full Measure was excellent. Very strong performances by Christopher Plummer, Ed Harris, Samuel Jackson and William Hurt.

There were 2 extras I enjoyed on the disc, one was a pictorial history of Pitsenbarger's short life and the other was the movie premiere in his hometown of Piqua, OH.

The Outpost

True Story
Dragged for the 1st half. The whole second half was the battle. Which was intense as hell. Made me wonder how anyone could come back to a normal civilized civilian life after experiencing something like that.
Trying to be another 13 Hours in Benghazi but didn't really make it.

Worth the $2 from Redbox if you can't find anything else.
