Just got back from the local Seafood Co-op. Day scallop boat was out yesterday so I snagged 7 lbs of nice, fresh sea scallops, and while I was there,couldn't resist picking 2, 1.7 lb lobstahs too.

Sea Scallop Ceviche tonight, Lobstah Fra Diavolo over linguine tomorrow, maybe seafood paella Saturday night.

So many options, so little time...
