found a WALLET street side of a parked car... very thin, black, smooth leather, undamaged... alot of normal ID, CC, DL, etc, except for a contact number... brought it over to the local police precinct, without a headache... It gave me the idea to at least include my cell # on three of my laminated cards... ps: not even 10 bucks in there for my kindness... cellfish...
