Prefer honey over Maple Syrup. I find Maple Syrup too sweet.

Yeah, Organic Maple Syrup claims make me laugh, a true oxymoron since no one fertilizes nor pest treats their maple groves. The only difference between small and large producers are the "bucket brigade" vs direct piping into the processing facility, which is total evaporation for the smaller guys, but could include reverse osmosis concentrations as a first step for the big ones.

since ya wanna keep the syrup thing going, I’m happy to see the updated grading chart from the confusing 5 grades to 4… looks like my “grade A dark color Robust” in flavor is quite enjoyable for anything… cellfish…

This afternoon on my way home heading south on Nichols Road I saw a car on the side of the road on the shoulder two men jumped out passenger and driver the driver was in pursuit of the passenger once he caught up to the passenger he grabbed him and tossed him into the woods over the guard rail . after that with all the traffic I couldn’t see what happened afterwards it was just so insane to see something like that
