Well kinda sorta, it's more like "You get CAN therah from hereah" in that he lives in Bangor which is "down" the road 47 miles...

His house, which is now a museum, is quite a trip, you'd know right away it was his from the outside. The gargoyles, spider webs, etc. are dead giveaways...

Came across my first case of inflation driven pricing today picking up a case of beer. My normal, everyday, go to, working around the house brew is Yuengling. Case on sale is normally $15.99.

Today - on sale - $17.99...........

I was also seeing $7.99 for a package of Smithfield bacon normally priced at $5.99.

I was out there again gardening Wife asked me to quit after a few hours…way too hot.
again…I did enjoy it, I like extremes.

When hot , it’s fun to cool off.
when cold , it’s fun to warm up.

Wondering if a rare case of "Adulting" has stricken me. I decided not to fish this AM since it was raining, albeit lightly, but my intended fishing area was a 17 mile round trip, Adulting 101. Trip cancelled due to the fact that I need to be awake later this evening for an airport pickup.

However, now I'm seriously concerned about the magnitude of my seemingly mature status. I'm staring at a pod of feeding stripers behind the house and as I got up to grab the boat keys, a low, distant rumble of thunder had me sit down, highly unusual and out of character.

Have I really grown up or is this just a passing phase??? Should professional help be sought????
