The never ending chat thread, chat about anything That your up too

Finally setting down to that Margarita, I was about to salt my glass, but today's Lighthouse Donation Receipts came in and it was my turn to count it out so my session with Jose was delayed until now...

Banner day today, 3 Where's George? one dollar bills and 5 WWJD? stamped dollar bills. I immediately started ROTFLMAO because I have no F-k's to give about either of those. I do know that come tomorrow, George and JC are going to the bank!!!
Since I got skunked today, decided to drink and take solace with Liberty, the boat that lost the America Cup to Australia II, ending the longest winning streak in the history of sports.

I’ve seen a few here lately at dusk , definitely going to put up bay houses
when I moved into my 2nd house in Kings Park I couldn't sit outside due to 'em - put up two houses on opposite ends of the property - in like 2 years I had like 20 bats occupying them - never had a problem after that

Mix 2oz. Of peppermint oil, 4oz. Of witchhazel and 4oz. Of water.

put into a small sprayer and apply to skin Once bitten and it will not only heal but keep others from bitting.
you can put on before but I always wait to see if I get bit since it’s amazing to watch this potion work.

Sitting in the back yard getting eaten alive.
Does anyone know someone who sprays for mosquitoes ?
Ah, sarcasm? Why didn't you fire up your sprayer?

If not sarcasm, if you know a Natural Lawns of America franchise, I recommend them. If you want something organic to throw in the sprayer, use their stuff.

I've always been cynical about "organic" stuff, but this company's Mosquito Ranger really works. A few years ago we were swamped, even got attacked in the middle of the day. Within an hour of the first spray, no more skeeters. I've used them regularly since. With all the rain this year, mosquitos have not been an issue for us.

Besides the "normal" mosquitos, we have a salt water species too. Boy they are special. If I went fishing in the evening and came back at dusk they could be so bad that I had to tie up the boat at warp speed and still get chased off the dock by those SOBs.

Just being sarcastic, but Thank you ????

And bats arent effective during the day birds are
Most mosquito species in the U.S. increase activity from dusk to dawn, which means you're more likely to get bit if you step outside at that time. People who spend time or live near wooded areas, wetlands or shaded places with standing water, a breeding ground for mosquitoes, are at increased risk of bug bites.
