The Onancock Chronicles the Eastern shore

The thread is going fine ........ I get it. You are right, it will drift and eventually get BOT. Anyone new coming to NYAngler that wasn't part of the other site might be a little confused. They'll just have to catch up.

You got it my friend (y)(y)

Got an e-mail today from my real estate agent down on the "eastern shore". Learned a new word for boots :

" ........... Forgetting about the winter super moon et al, we got to the area around high tide. Like they do around here in some conditions, some of the streets were covered, that generally changes as the tide goes out. We did not bother to drive through. We saw a couple people in their wellies checking it out. "

It's slang for Wellington boots.

John - as I mentioned to you - that is the case with a lot of waterfront on the Shore.....................

Where did this property fall on that A-B-C-D Zone chart I sent you?

A can/will be a problem - try finding something in at least B - that may take you off the water - but within close ( very close) distance to it..

I was down by the Wharf this afternoon just before high tide - water was making its way into the parking lot - new floating dock getting a workout. That little section is A also.

give me a call when you're on your way...........
