Lousy, I lost a lot of foot traffic due to the Pandemic. I had to shorten my hours because it's a ghost town on broadway after 10pm.
The Local street fruit cart keeps extending his stuff illegally and the city won't do anything about it, saying the city is over whelmed due to the Virus, but they had time to come and inspect my store 4 times since Febuary of this year.

I wake up 3am wondering how much longer I can compete with the guy who pays no rent, no utilities, no taxes and gets to do what ever he wants.

how bout a dual LAWSUIT against da City and the Vendor... perhaps a class action suit with other legal merchants joining the fight... I can’t see how it would lose... the sidewalk vendors are not in compliance and daring the authorities...I call em sidewalk vendors when they are on sidewalks and not the street... cellfish...
