This is an example why I got out of the tournament business

At a fishing seminar, George Poveromo was talking about the freshwater guys with the Nascar shirts and he said "I wouldn't buy a used car from one of those guys."

Now we know why.

Best comment was uttered last night by Trevor Noah who showed the video with the irate crowd after the weights were discovered screaming CALL THE COPS!

Trevor brilliantly quipped, I haven't seen a bunch of white guys so mad since they discovered the new Little Mermaid is Black!

Just as despicable as being upset because an African American was cast as a mermaid.

BTW, what exactly does a mermaid look like? Jason Momoa is Polynesian and his being Aquaman didn't upset anyone so is that the standard for Merfolk???

Because they go out where there's less competition and more sharks. If there was a shark tournament out of Freeport, the smaller, slow boats would go out 20-25 miles and all be in the same general area, while the big fast boats could race out further east or further offshore and not have to compete with other boats . That's what I saw , usually a very fast boat won the tournaments.
Not necessarily more sharks further out I have caught plenty of sharks with in sight of land and Placed and Won shark tourneys and. I have seen small boats Win tourneys too. Just because you have a big fast boat doesent guarantee you will catch a shark does it?

No it doesn,'t, but it does mean that between the time the start horn goes off, & the back at the dock time, a fast boat has more fishing time.......John

They obviously have been getting away with it for a long time. Shame on tournament officials for not checking the fish in a "kill" tournament especially for guys who have been accused in the past but something tells me the judges in some of these smaller, local tournaments might be in cahoots with the perps.....
