Tag the live and dead Black fishery ..... I told the Muckity Mucks nearly 20 years ago to tag these fish ... They replied that it might cause infection , now they seem to think its OK ......
PS the Rec Industry did a lot of damage to Blackfish fishery each Spring ,, those shallow water spots held a lot of fish .................Some of the best fishing I've seen was in the Shallows ........

No directed Bergall fishery in the Sound , where did they all go ? They used to overwhelm many a rockpile , now they are thin as well ..... THE BIRD >>>>>>>>>>>>>

also shut down keeping and bringing the tog in alive,, no more live asian tog market!! ,,xxx,,, in the spring what do we have 1 month of fishing for them i dont think there shallow at this time?? atlease for the mojoe skiff,, bring back the start of tog in the fall early again,, AND NO MORE LIVE FISH!!,,,,,,, ><)))):>
