Not sure about how I feel about "Paternal Leave", and taking it during a critical work period, but I do know that photo is a total Photoshop, so if that's the source of your outrage, it's misplaced.

The more surprising fact this brought out is that only 19% of companies provide paid MATERNAL Leave in the US, and a surprisingly close 13% also provide paid PATERNAL Leave! I figured that first number would be much, much higher...
