Roast was dynamite!! I accumulated quite a wine cellar over the years, but find myself not drinking much of it nowadays. Suddenly I'm realizing I've got many bottles that are 30+ years old and need to be consumed like NOW, lest they start turning into vinegar. Decided time to drink the pride of my collection today, a premier cru given to me as a gift years ago. It was a wonderful wine, but it sure isn't worth what how much $$$ they want for a bottle. At those prices, the bottle should never empty!!
