Mexican street corn, Shrimp , chips and dip and guac, taco salad, quesadillas, Enchiladas, Different types. chocolate lava cake for dessert .

Definitive proof that those "Wicked Tuna" dock prices are total BS!!

Yeah, we all know they're false, but today when I stopped by the local fish market I got definitive proof. They had some nice BFT there including the prime, o toro, that's the belly cut of BFT, the Wagyu Beef of tuna, at $25 a lb. Wait a second, on WT, the fishermen get $18-25 a lb for a whole fish, how can this be??

Regardless, I happily bought some for tonight's O Toro Salad, with quickly seared, sesame-encrusted tuna over salad greens and fresh Shiso leaves from my herb garden tossed with a honey mustard lemon dressing. Shiso leaves are to Japanese Chefs like fresh parsley is to certain Onacockians.

Regardless, it was delicious!!
