Lunch today Fresh steamed lobsta I got off the boat in Maine, yesterday

i made mojoe shrimp broth this morning,,,,,,,,and yes general//longcast i was up early today ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,came out great,,,,, i saved the shells over time and i had enough,,,,,,i was able to get 2and a half quarts,,,,,,,,,,,, than i got rid of the shells ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,><)))):>

Turns out that when you order Suzuki at a Sushi Bar, you'll get striped bass and that's what was on the menu as Sashimi at Chez Roccus this evening. It was quite delicious...

I took out the last of the eggplant from last fall. Made a sort of pastaless lasagna.
Eggplant layered with sliced meatballs, fresh sliced tomatoes, homemade sauce, cheese, topped with fresh picked yellow peppers and basil. It was delicious
