Don't know what cut of beef it was - but Joebelookingovermyshoulder said it would be the best tasting one in the package when I bought them @ Costco because of all the marbling:

I don't recall how the others in the package tasted to be truthful - but this one was darn tender.

lightly oil wit canola, s&p, bring to room temp, slap it on a hot black iron skillet... cellie...

You might want to try a App called Slice, they may be hooked into Pizzeria Restaurants in you area.
