They look great!! I have not made my own in a bit. Although I put them in a paper bag to "sweat" the skin off, I never blacken them enough so the skin becomes a job!!

Here’s a past picture, anyway I like to. place da pepper ? stem side down first and char… it seems to make it easy for getting da whole pepper chard, less juices fall out and I use tongs too… cellfish…
