I take a lot of liberties from traditional
Onions and garlic
Beans
And I usually add some form tomato ( not a lot) but some of what I have on hand
Cubes or ground meat either work for me
And I don’t want soup but I don’t want it so thick it sticks to the spoon
Tony it looks like you got heavy handed with the old bay! Slow low!

So. Steak night. Used ribeye. Salad first, added feta cheese, just missed photo op. Sauteed spinach. Wife prefers cooked a bit more, also likes truffle balsamic on portabella mushroom - a lot! :ROFLMAO:

Mine a little closer to rare, honestly not enough, portabella with crusted gorgonzola and spinach.
