Ribs. First time using this method. Best I ever made.

1. Section the ribs and slice them 3/4s of the way for east separation when eating.
2. Put dry rub on ribs.
3. Wrap each section in tight aluminum foil.
4. Put them on a cookie sheet with a lip.
5. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
6. Take out of oven and open packets.
7. Put on BBQ sauce of your choice.
8. Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
