Which is maurice and which is trixie?

Trixie's the bird.


He'll sometimes walk around the restaurant with the bird on his should taking orders & Trixie will respond to the customer that "You'll like that" or good choice after they give him their order. This is followed by a bow from the parrot or whatever kinda bird it is.


He normally leaves it on its perch on the second floor over the exit where it can see the parking lot. I've heard the bird asking people as they leave "Where are you going - get back here!" though the open window.

that's easier said then done - this was round until I lifted it off of the dough sheet & onto the pan for the oven - a shape is a shape
