benny maureen drinks tea during the day,, she has this peppermint tea too,, i dont drink hot tea,, but she said joe its good ill make you a cup,, i said ok,,,, she gave it to me and i said i need suger hahaha,,, it was good even with out suger ? ,,,, benny the tea dont keep you from sleeping???,, ps i put the bag into my iced tea and that was great lol ><)))):>

This is my go to/regular tea. Helps with my acid reflux.

Very rarely do I drink coffee anymore as it only aggravates it. Especially the caffeine that's in it.

BBQ Half Chicken; bought this many times from the local Super Market. This time way over cooked i.e dry. Ate the dark meat and saved the white meat for tomorrow’s sandwich; I might be able to resurrect it with Mayo and Roasted Peppers. Maybe not.
