Yes sir.

Basically same recipe as mashed potatoes. Mix in some cheddar and put in a casserole dish. Slap some bread crumbs/Panko on top then bake.

Picked up a bottom round swiss steak cheap - Foreman Grill did a great job. Weber is under snow.
With Peter Lugar's steak sauce, I actually like A-1 a little better as it's less sweet.
