Haha, my eyesights definitely not what it used to be. I just started putting some carrots in my steamed vegetables to add some color and some variety. After I steam them I hit with garlic powder, pink salt and olive oil.

Roasted taters, peas and carrots and Parmesan baked chicken breast. Not much to look at but tasted good

Was taking care of some items for the house and ended up in Farmingdale around 7:30 and had not eaten yet. Parked in town and walked into 317 Main Street. Great place, great atmosphere, and great food. Chef Eric LeVine (Chopped winner and Beat Bobby Flay contestant) stopped by and spoke with my wife and I for a bit. Interesting guy. Now the food.

Wife had the crispy chicken sandwich - mozzarella, serrano ham, arugula, pesto, balsamic reduction, fries.
I chose one of the specials - Crispy pork belly with tempura shrimp and maitake mushrooms over risotto with a red wine reduction. Absolutely incredible! Pictures do not do justice. Recommend to all!

Many years ago, wife and I went to Bobby Flays place on 5th Avenue near 14th street… order two dishes I remember one as being tuna… so freaking spicy hot, truly unnecessary… ADIOS BF… C22…
