I’ve said it before but I am now truly finished with Chinese food in Astoria. Ribs were as tough as leather and the Steamed Dumplings rated a Meh minus. Ribs went into the garbage.

yesterday i was bike riding through Chinatown near the Bowery, it’s ugly, smelly, stinky, crowded and out of control… the merchants, peddlers and city of NY ought to be ashamed… cellfish…

I have some wagu left. We found salt pepper only, no sauce etc as it was super buttery and rich without anything. And the flavor was beyond!
