1. What kind of pierogies? (My favorite is saurkraut, which is THE ONLY pierogie!!!) I am Polish also.
2. How do you make the zuccini pancakes...(i.e. RECIPE.)

Whole Foods has Bell & Evans Chickens on $ale @ $1.69/lb now, usually $2.99... its a great bird, sweet, tasty, soft and its in the oven now 350' with hardly any fat dripping off.... cellfish...

Went to my parents house for dinner. They were making chicken cutlets. Only problem is that they picked up boneless skinless thighs. Came out amazing. Tastier then a standard chicken cutlet. Might be my new go to.

"LIDIA BOSTONICH" had a show using THIGHS only, she says its more juicy and flavorful than breast, I like THIGHS mostly too, than Wings, than Legs and lastly the Breast. enjoy... cellfish...
